How to Take Items out of a Shrine (How to Shrine Steal)

Players will often find useful objects and items inside Shrines that cannot be placed into Link’s inventory, such as Zonai Devices, giant spheres, and motors that can be powered using electricity. While these appear impossible to remove from their Shrines, they can actually be carried outside by fusing them to a weapon or shield using Link’s Fuse ability. Once attached to a weapon or shield, players can leave the shrine with the object in tow. Of course, the desired object is currently stuck to something else in Link’s inventory, so players will need to remedy this if they want to use the object in their builds.

Fortunately, players can head to a familiar town fromThe Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wildto find a solution to this problem. In the time since Calamity Ganon’s defeat, a new service has becomeavailable in Tarrey Townwhere Pelison will separate fused objects without either object being destroyed. This service only costs 20 Rupees, and allows players to retrieve the objects taken from the Shrine safely for use in their builds.

Where to Get a Propeller and Electric Motor

The Propeller and Electric Motor can be used to create powerful wind currents and propel vehicles further and faster than normal Zonai Fans. These can be found in Gemimik Shrine on the eastern edge of Hyrule, shown in the map above.

Players can power the motor with electricity from an emitter or elemental weapon to cause it to spin rapidly. This will allow players to create fast spinning wheels, rotors, and weapons for their builds. The Propeller found in the Shrine is particularly effective when attached to the Motor for the reasons already mentioned.

Players can attach the Propeller to the Motor and save that combo with Autobuild for easy access whenever they need a powerful propeller. The resulting construct costs 6 Zonaite to Autobuild.

Where to Get a Stone Ball

The Stone Balls that Shrines often use as obstacles and puzzle solving tools can also be used in conjunction with Large Wheels and Stabilizers to create vehicles that can move at high speed by spinning the ball, or weapons that rotate rapidly for better coverage and attack speed.

While they can be found in many Shrines, one can beeasily obtained from Siwakama Shrinenear the entrance. This can be seen on the map above.
