Not only does this highlight Wonder Woman’s lovely features, but it’s also more practical in battle since the hair doesn’t get in the way as much.
Plus, thanks to the inclusion of the turtleneck, the costume doesn’t come across as too revealing, even though Wonder Woman mostly has her legs bare in the thigh-high boots. Overall, the look is the right amount of attractive and practical, all mixed into one.
5The Muted Colors In Batman V Superman (2015)
Even though Wonder Woman only had a smaller part inBatman V Superman: Dawn of Justice, she easily stole every scene she appeared in for herself. Her costume, although it’s not as eye-catching as others, fits the overall mood of the movie well, and it shows that the designers considered what Wonder Woman should wear, not just put her in the first costume that was available.

The overall design of the costume is similar to what Wonder Woman wears later on in the DCEU, but the muted colors make it look more civil and down-to-Earth, fitting right in with the darkness of the story. It might not leave as strong an impression as other costumes, but it fits the purpose of the story well and Gadot pulls it off with ease.

Before Gal Gadot came along and portrayed Wonder Woman in the DCEU, multiple other actresses took on the role. But the most iconic one isLynda Carter who played Wonder Womanin the 1975 to 1979 TV series. It’s true that some plots of the series and the way it treated the characters didn’t age well. That doesn’t change the fact that Lynda Carter’s Wonder Woman was both brave and charming.
Her costume was shiny and simple. However, Carter pulled it off with style and the moment with which she changes from Diana Prince to Wonder Woman by quickly turning around has become iconic. This costume isn’t the best ever, but it still represents an important part of Wonder Woman’s history in live-action media, and it personifies the spirit of the 1970s.
3Wonder Woman In Leggings
Thanks to Jim Lee, Wonder Woman fans got an updated version of her costume for the 21st century. It also happens to be one of Wonder Woman’s best looks, mixing the right amount of the old and the new to make the character still look like the classic version of the character. There are two biggest changes. Wonder Woman is now sporting dark leggings and a jacket, covering most of her body.
Diana still has her iconic armor, of course, as well as the bracelets and the headband, making it immediately clear who she is. The outfit looks practical and comfortable, and Wonder Woman seems glorious and self-assured in it. Sadly, it didn’t last long, but it still left a strong impression.

The Golden Eagle Armor is one of the greatest representatives of the strength and gravitas Wonder Woman has. Nobody can overlook her in the armor. That might be the reason why it’s not suitable for all types of missions, especially if they require more stealth. It doesn’t change the fact that the Golden Eagle Armor has a rich history and Wonder Woman looks beautiful in it as it creates a contrast between her dark hair and the golden color of the armor.

1The Classic Suit
Unsurprisingly, the best look Wonder Woman ever sported in the comics and on the big screen alike is her classic suit. It has all the things that the fans of the character immediately think of when somebody mentions Wonder Woman. Bright red and blue and gold, slight metallic sheen, Diana’s bracelets that she uses for deflecting shots, among other things, the band on her forehead and her hair let loose.
This costume is iconic and makes Wonder Woman look both regal and like a true warrior, ready to march into battle and stop evil. The Amazon Princess deserves no better look for this one makes her seem special, just like she is.
