Vixy is an adorable, golden-like Pal inPalworldthat resembles something akin to a small fox. While it’s a relatively small Pal, it’s a feisty creature with plenty of attitude, so catching aVixyshould still be treated with caution. Vixy also comes with several handy skills and abilities, making it one of thebest early-game Pals to catch inPalworld.
Not to be confused with the fire-tipped Foxparks, some players eager to catch every Pal might wonderwhere to find and catch VixyinPalworld’s vast open world map. While finding Vixy takes a bit of exploration, locating the fox-like critter shouldn’t take too long, as a Pal that roams not too far from the game’s starting location.

You can find Vixy in the central and southern areas ofPalworld’s mapas pictured below. You can check for Vixy’s locations using thishabitat map in the Paldeck menu.The orange zones show where to find Vixy during the day and blue at night. However, Vixy generally roams in similar spots during the day and night.
One of the quickest ways to find Vixy is to fast-travel to theSmall Settlement south of the Desolate Church. Vixy often roams the mountain region filled withorange treesnot far from the beach and ahuge stone-arched bridge. You can also find Vixy wandering thered treesclose to theDesolate Church.
How To Catch Vixy
Vixy is a low-level Pal around level five or six, so it is quite straightforward to catch using a standardPal Sphere. The main thing to watch out for is Vixy’s air cannon ability. TryPalworld’s power slide, dodge roll, or somersault abilities to neatly move out of the way of incoming projectiles.
You can then follow up using a weapon like a bow and an arrow to fire powered-up shots to inflict high damage, weakening Vixy in a small handful of hits.
Vixy Skills and Stats In Palworld
Vixy is agathering and farming Pal, making it anideal Pal for your base inPalworld. This means it will help with farming tasks like harvesting plants and hauling resources around. If you assign Vixy to a Ranch, it will sometimesdig up buried itemslike arrows and Pal Spheres while grazing.
If you want to kill rather than catch Vixy, it drops eitherLeatherorBone, making it a low-level Pal that can be handy to farm these types of materials.
