Summary
The Sinister Six is a group ofSpider-Manvillains who team up to get their revenge on the web-slinging hero. The team has swapped out members over the years, but there are always six, and each member hasa grudge against Spider-Man.
Since most comic book fans would agree that bothBatmanandSpider-Manhave the best rogue galleries, it begs the question: What if there was a similar setup of villains in the DC universe who were after Batman? The caped crusader first debuted in 1939, and he has built up a huge range of enemies in that time that could fit the role.

6Poison Ivy
A Powerful Scientist
Poison Ivy is a Batman villain who can control all plant life and their various poisons. While this power can make her a physical threat to the caped crusader, many fans tend to forget that Ivy started out as a highly intelligent scientist.
As such, Poison Ivy can bean intimidating threat to Batman, especially if he has to fight other villains at the same time. However, she also has the potential to outsmart the world’s greatest detective with her vast knowledge of the plants she uses.

5Mr. Freeze
A Man With Some Powerful Technology
Although a lot of Batman’s villains are incredibly intelligent, very few have a way with technology like Victor Freeze. This cold-themed villain started out looking for a cure for his sick wife, but events slowly lead him to a life of crime, which forces him to clash with the dark knight.
Mr. Freeze is a villain with a singular vision, but his dangerous weaponry could also be used to help bolster some other members of his team. Plus, his dedication to healing his wife could provide other villains with a way to blackmail Mr. Freeze into joining a team like this.

4The Penguin
A Man Who Controls Much Of Gotham’s Underworld
Oswald Cobblepot may not look like much of a threat on the surface. However, thisBatmanvillainhas enough criminal connections to cause plenty of trouble. One of The Penguin’s best attributes as a member of a supervillain team is that he has access to all manner of henchmen. As a result, he could easily force Batman into a lengthy physical confrontation.
What’s more, The Penguin is very rich. Therefore, this villain could easily bankroll another criminal organization like this or simply pay the law enforcement to look the other way as he goes about his dangerous business.

3The Riddler
One Of The Smartest Men In Gotham
There are few people in Gotham who can match Batman on an intellectual level like The Riddler. Edward Nigma is a scrawny man who would likely fall to one hit in a physical fight. However, that is not where this villain shines. The Riddler works best when pulling strings behind the scenes. His keen mind can create a variety of traps to help take out Batman in new and exciting ways.
The only disadvantage of The Riddler in most settings is easily negated by working alongside some other villains in a team. The Riddler can work as the brains of the group, someone who can point the team in the best direction for victory over Batman.

2Bane
Brains and Brawn Together
Bane might not be one of Batman’s oldest foes, but he is most certainlyone of the most dangerous.Bane is a super strong criminal leader, who is most famous for being the one who took Batman down by breaking his back. Bane has made a lot of appearances in other forms ofBatmanmedia, but writers often forget that he is more than just a pile of muscles in the comics. Bane is stronger than Batman, but he is also a great military strategist.
Although Bane is often seen as nothing more than a big henchman by most fans, his high levels of intelligence make him the perfect candidate for the leader of a supervillain team. The only flaw with Bane is that he is exceptionally cold and cruel, something that may see him turn on his team if put in the right scenario.

1The Joker
The Most Famous Batman Villain
To some fans, it may seem crazy to suggest that The Joker would work well as part of a team of other villains. This clown is a rogue agent, who is far toooccupied with causing chaosto follow orders or play well with others. However, the notion of taking out Batman may just be enough to encourage The Joker to play nice.
The Joker is Batman’s greatest enemy, a man obsessed with forcing the caped crusader to break his one and only rule. He knows just how to get under Batman’s skin, and could use this new team as a way of finally getting what he has always wanted. Once Batman has given The Joker what he wants, then the clown prince of crime can go back to causing his own brand of chaos.
