AMarvel’s Spider-Manplayer gets stuck inside a truck after trying to stop a bad guy from getting away. It’s not common to find Spider-Man trapped in a situation he can’t swing out of, which makes this clip one of the strangestMarvel’s Spider-Manglitches caught on video so far.
For many comic book fans, there’s one game that stands above any other superhero title, and that’sInsomniac’s record-breakingMarvel’s Spider-Man. There have been otherSpider-Mangames in the past, but this game features perfect web-swinging mechanics, a detailed and vibrant New York City to swing around in, and a compelling story with high production values. Another reason whyMarvel’s Spider-Manis held in such high regard is for how good the gameplay is and how rare glitches and bugs are in the game. But when bugs are caught on video, they’re often too hilarious to look away.

A recent clip posted to Reddit shows the player, wearing one of thecoolest-looking suits inMarvel’s Spider-Man, trying to escape from inside a moving truck. At first, it appears that Spider-Man can whip the back door of the truck open with some webbing, but it’s quickly revealed that he can’t. He tries jumping around the truck and swinging a trash can and other random items around the walls without any luck. Spider-Man can do nothing but stand there and enjoy the ride.
Unfortunately, there’s no footage of Spider-Man getting pushed into the truck during the player’scrime-stopping attempt inMarvel’s Spider-Man, probably because the player didn’t expect it and only started recording after the fact. The inside of the truck looks like graphics from a PlayStation 1 game, with very basic textures and lighting. It’s actually kind of impressive for the inside of the truck to look like anything, considering it’s an area that no one was ever supposed to see. It’s also unclear why there are random items inside a truck that the player was never intended to go inside. There’s no footage showing how the player eventually escaped the truck, but they most likely fast-traveled out, or quit the game without saving.
Although there haven’t been nearly as manybugs and glitches inMarvel’s Spider-Man, there have been a few famous ones. One of the strangest and most hilarious glitches showed Spider-Man attempt to help Yuri Watanabe’s S.W.A.T team, but instead, the limbs of each character go wild and swing around rapidly until the clip ends. These bugs may be rare, but they’re often hilarious to watch.
