Paintings are found both in the base game and also inElden Ring: Shadow Of The Erdtree. After finding and collecting a painting, players will need to explore the world and find the location where the artist sat when making that painting.
For the most part, all paintings can be completed right away or soon after they are found, butShadow Of The Erdtreechanges things up with The Sacred Tower painting, which isone of three added with the DLC. Despite finding it early on, this painting can’t be completed until much later in the DLC, after most of the main bosses have been beaten.

How To Complete The Sacred Tower Painting In Shadow Of The Erdtree
Players can find the Sacred Tower painting immediately after entering the Realm of Shadow, by looking in amountainside cave northeast of the Scorched Ruinsin the first region. The issue with this painting is that the Sacred Tower doesn’t currently exist right when players begin the DLC. To complete this painting, players will need toburn the Sealing Tree inShadow Of The Erdtree.
After players have burned the tree and made the final dungeon reappear from the shadows, head to the Ancient Ruins Base Site of Grace. This is found by taking the path below the main road leading to the Shadow Keep. From that Site of Grace, headsouthwest until you see the large mountain south with a Spiritspring at its base. ThisSpiritspring can easily be unsealedjust to the south by destroying the sealing rock.
Take the Spiritspring up and towards the next Spiritspring to reach the top of the mountain. Continuesouthwest to the corner of the mountain and look for two rocks near the edge. Approaching these rocks will make the artist appear and point and the newly revealed tower off in the distance.
Spiral Incantations are one of thenew incantation types found throughoutShadow Of The Erdtree. There are a total offour Spiral Incantations all of which focus on dealing damage. While players can cast any incantation with this seal, it doesn’t stand out much when used with other incantations but should be the go-to option for those using some of the new spell options available in the DLC.
