Credits inStarfieldmay be a little hard to come by afterupgrading or buying new ships, but there are numerous side quests that can be done quickly and award a nice chunk of change. The Blast Zone side quest is one of them and can be found early on.
TheStarfieldside quest can be found in Akila City on planet Akila within the Cheyenne system, though is not as straightforward to receive. Thankfully, players can go straight to the quest giver with this guide.

Blast Zone Side Quest Walkthrough
Players can receive the Blast Zone side quest by simply walking aroundAkila Cityand overhearing conversations between civilians and guards, though getting the quest can be random. If players are having a hard time getting it, the side quest can be manually triggered by talking toNgodup Tatenear the rear of the city.
Enter Akila City from the ship landing pad and walk though the center of the city to The Rock building, then take the left staircase up to a row of houses to the left. Ngodup Tate will be standing outside one of these homes. He will try to sell the player two properties, so select “Nice to meet you. Goodbye.“The player can then accept the side quest from him, which will have them clear out a prospective piece of land of debris. Tate will even hand the player aCutterweapon in case they do not already have one in their inventory.

Six rocks need to be cleared out, and each one will be marked on the HUD. Use the stairs in the alley to the left or jump off the balcony to get where the rocks are.Use the scannerand equip the Cutter to destroy all six rocks, then return to Ngodup Tate in the same general location to receive at least 50 XP and 2,500 Credits.
How To Fix Blast Zone Side Quest Bug
Some players have encountered a bug within the side quest where the six rocks that have to be destroyed do not spawn at all. Thankfully, there is an easy fix if it happens.
Get back in the ship and travel toVenus in theSol system. Land anywhere on the planet, thenwait10 in-game hours. This can be done on the ship by sitting in a chair or sleeping on a bed. Travel back to Akila City, and the rocks should have spawned in to be destroyed.
Starfieldis available now on PC and Xbox Series X|S.
