Despite being a couple of years on from its release,Red Dead Redemption 2has still managed to captivate players. One fan in particular has gone to extreme lengths to pay homage to Rockstar’s hit western game, creating an incredibly detailed statue featuring Arthur and his horse.
Red Dead Redemption 2introduced a new playable hero by the name of Arthur Morgan, who was one of the influential figures in John Marston’s life. The game has been praised for its incredible story as well as its stunning open world featuring the United States during the Wild West era. It’s no surprise then thatfans ofRed Dead Redemptionhave spent plenty of time hunting for new details and finding new ways to celebrate the game.

An artist by the name Crafty Art has gone above and beyond to create an incredibly lifelike clay sculpture ofArthur Morgan and his trusty horse. In the 20 minute YouTube video, the detailed craftsmanship and many hours spent creating the famous character can be seen. What begins as a few wires and some foil transforms into an instantly recognizable small scale model of Arthur. Every detail of the character is spot on, even down to the individual locks of hair on his horse.
Crafty Arts has created other amazing statues on their account, some of which feature hit characters such asPS4’sSpider-Manand a dragon fromGame of Thrones. In the video description for theirRed Dead Redemptionstatue, Crafty Art’s says the sculpture is a “tribute to Arthur Morgan, one of the greatest video game characters of all time.”
The artist’s creation is also testament to the amount of work the developers at Rockstar put into the character of Arthur, by making him a fully fleshed out character. Throughout the game, players have the option to impact Arthur’s morality and decide whether he is known as honorable or not, which changes how he is received by others during the game. After spending around 50 hours completing Arthur’s journey, it’s no wonder fans are attached to theRed Dead Redemption 2character.
While there’s no word on whether Arthur will return in a futureRed Dead Redemptiongame, the franchise is still gaining plenty of popularity via its online modes. Just recentlyRed DeadOnline was updatedto feature new hunting missions and legendary animals, giving players plenty to do until a new game in the franchise is hopefully released.
