7Shining Arrows
Shining Arrows deals light bless damage to all enemies on a scale of 4x to 8x. While it doesn’t give the appearance of packing much of a punch with a power of 10, it does have 90% accuracy and only costs 22 SP. It’s one of the most powerful Bless attacks available for players to choose from.

This skill cannot be taught through the use of a Skill Card. It is exclusive to Kaguya and Kaguya Picaro of the Moon Arcana. This skill is innate to both Persona.
6Magatsu Mandala
To deal heavy Curse damage to their enemies, players will want to have Magatsu Mandala at their disposal. It also has medium odds of inflicting Confuse, Fear, and Despair. It has a power of 160, an accuracy of 90%, and costs 30 SP.
While it is quite possibly the most powerful Curse skill in the game, it is exclusive to Magatsu-Izanagi and Magatsu-Izanagi Picaro of the Tower Arcana. The skill is innate to both.
5Titanomachia
Titanomachia is a special fire skill that allows players to inflict fire damage on all enemies, but instead of inflicting Burn, it has a high chance of inflicting Fear. Its power is 210, its accuracy is 90%, and the cost is 34 SP.
This skill cannot be taught toall of the protagonist’s Persona. It is unique to Asterius and Asterius Picaro of the Fortune Arcana and is innate to both of them.
4Abyssal Wings
Exclusive to the DLC, Abyssal Wings deals severe Curse damage to all enemies. It has a power of 210, 90% accuracy, and 30 SP cost. Due to the number of enemies that are weak to Curse, this skill makes itself very powerful.
Abyssal Wings is exclusive to Tsukiyomi and Tsukiyomi Picaro of the Moon Arcana. The skill is innate to both of them and cannot be taught to any other Persona.
3Door Of Hades
For heavy Almighty damage, the Door of Hades delivers. Going a step further, it also offers a medium chance to perform an instant kill. It has 160 power, 90% accuracy, and costs 32 SP.
As a skill unique to Thanatos and Thanatos Picaro of the Death Arcana, it cannot be taught to or used by other Persona. It is innate to both.
2Morning Star
Morning Star deals severe Almighty damage to all enemies. It has 230 power, 95% accuracy, and costs 52 SP. This skill is a challenge for enemies to block or resist, making it a very powerful weapon to have in the player’s arsenal.

It is exclusive to Lucifer of the Star Arcana. This Persona will learn Morning Star at Level 94. No other Persona can learn or inherit this skill, making Lucifer somewhat unique.
Myriad Truths is a powerhouse of an Almighty skill. Not only does it strike all foes, but it also hits three times when it does it. Its power is heavy, and its cost is 40 SP. It is the strongest magical attack in the game, with a damage output of 200 per strike for a total of 600 per use. That’s without the use of any damage modifiers.
Myriad Truths isan exclusive skillthat can only be used by Izanagi-no-Okami and Izanagi-no-Okami Picaro of the World Arcana. The skill is innate to both of them. It cannot be learned or inherited by any other Persona in the game.
