Vegapunk’s Message From One Piece 1121

Vegapunk Mentioned Those Who Were Silently Persecuted In One Piece

Vegapunk’s message fromOne Piecechapter 1121 was elaborate. His message has been incredibly long, and at some points, even confusing. However, all of it is incredibly entertaining, and intense. Fans got to see him specifically talk about the Void Century in One Piece chapter 1121. According to Vegapunk, a day of awakening is coming, and on this day, the truth of the Void Century will be revealed to the entire world. This truth has been suppressed by the World Government, as people who try to find out the secrets are actively persecuted. They are not the only ones persecuted, however. There are many more individuals who have faced the wrath of the Government over the years, and some of their decisions have led to races being completely extinguished from history. Vegapunk continued his message by saying that the ancient weapons are still in use to this day, and that they are all going to be utilized very soon.

Then, Vegapunk tackled the most intriguing part of the message, where he stated that races that are special in some way or form are relentlessly persecuted and erased from history. Now, to the fans, this isn’t something new. Fans already know that the World Government is on the hunt for special races. However, openly saying this to the entire world and giving acknowledgment to these races and their persecution paints the Government in a bad light. It also tells the fans exactly which races the World Government have persecuted over the years, although there are likely many more who were completely extinguished from the face of the earth. Still, One Piece chapter 1121 gave fans quite a lot of context as to which races have struggled in terms of survival and have seen their numbers dwindle over the years.

The Races Linked To The Ancient Kingdom And Its Allies Faced Persecution

Vegapunk mentioned inOne Piecechapter 1121 that there are races that have completely been erased from the face of the earth. While Vegapunk did not name what races these were, fans know that there are quite a few that fit the billing. In fact, Oda actually gave fans a very good clue as to what these races are by immediately part of Vegapunk’s message with people from these races who know they have been persecuted. These include the likes of the Lunarians, who fans were introduced to properly in the Wano Country arc, the Three-eyed Tribe, who fans saw long ago in the Whole Cake Island arc, and of course, the Buccaneers, who were properly introducedin the Final SagaofOne Piece. These three races have faced quite a lot of force and have almost been wiped out from the face of the earth entirely. However, they have not been extinguished just yet. They have survivors still, and hopefully, they will go on to live and prevent their lines from going out eventually.

The Lunarians

The first race that fans know was heavily persecuted by the World Government and is facing heavy persecution even now is the Lunarian race. This race was properly introduced to the fans in the Wano Country arc, through a mysterious individual known as King. King was one of Kaido’s three right-hand men, also known as the All-Stars. King being from a special race was first hinted at by Big Mom. She clearly stated that her home, Totto Land, has all the races from the world, except three. One of them is the Lunarian race, which King belongs to. She offered him a chance to join her crew and become a part of the utopia that she was creating in Totto Land, and, of course, he rejected the offer.

Later down the line, when King fought against Zoro, fans finally got to see the specialty of the Lunarian race. Compared to the other people of the world, they have brown skin and white hair. King and the Lunarians have a nigh-invincible defense as long as the flame on their back is burning. They can sacrifice this defense for extreme speed and when that happens, the flame goes out. This is the only time when they’re vulnerable, and otherwise, they can survive in just about any environmental condition, which is what makes them special. The World Government offers 100 million berries to any individual who gives them as much as a small bit of information pertaining to the surviving members of this race.

The Three-Eyed Tribe

The three-eyed tribe is yet another race that has faced heavy persecution at the hands of the World Government inOne Piece. Fans have seen only one member of the Three-eyed Tribe and that is Pudding. In fact, Pudding is only a half-blooded Three-Eyed member. Fans have actually never seen a full-blooded member of this tribe, and it is likely that they never will. Still, what fans know is that Pudding has the ability of the three-eyed people and that she will go on to awaken it at some point later down the line.

The power of the three-eyed tribe is special. It allows one to hear the Voice of All Things, and in other words, gives them the abilityto decipher the Ponyglyphsto a certain extent. This power is key to uncovering the secrets of the Void Century and it is why the World Government fear these people. This is why they have faced heavy persecution at the hands of the members of the Government and have almost been wiped out. Still, Pudding is not the last member of this tribe, as fans know that Big Mom mated with one of the full-blooded ones to give birth to Pudding not that long ago.

The Buccaneers

Finally, there are the Buccaneers of the One Piece world, who have a connection to the Sun God, Nika. Fans were introduced to the Buccaneers rather recently in One Piece, through Kuma and his family. Kuma is the last known buccaneer in One Piece, and his father, Clap, was one as well. The Buccaneers have the blood of the Giants, however, they are not Giants exactly. They have the strength of the Giants but in a small body, and their strength knows no bounds.
