InMy Hero Academia, the majority of humans possess some type of Quirk, with many of them being hereditary. Izuku Midoriya was born Quirkless, but he was chosen to become the 9th wielder ofOne For All, a transferable Quirk that gives its user superhuman strength, speed, reflexes, endurance, and durability. It also allows the current holder to access the Quirks of its previous users.

As a result, the wielder can sense danger, create smokescreens, store kinetic energy, create black whips, float, and alter the speed and velocity of anything they touch. All of these different abilities make One For All very versatile and strong, to the point that some would consider it to be unbeatable. That being said, there are a few Quirks that can potentially beat One For All.
9Overhaul’s Matter Manipulation Is Far More Powerful
Kai Chikasi led a Yakuza faction inMHA,and of all the Villains in the series, his Quirk may be the strongest. It is called Overhaul, and it allows him to manipulate matter. He can disassemble whatever he touches, and he can reassemble it however he likes.
One For All offers immense durability, and a variety of other useful abilities, but none of them are as overpowered as Overhaul. With this Quirk, all Kai has to do is touch the current wielder, and their body will be blown apart instantly, and One For All will be destroyed as well.

8Brainwashing Can Stop The User In Their Tracks
Normally, any power associated with mind control is seen as evil, but Hitoshi Shinso uses his ability for good. It is called Brainwashing, and as its name suggests, it forces others to obey his commands. In order for this power to work though, the target must verbally respond to Shinzo.

Brainwashing worked on Izuku more than once, which shows that it can temporarily stop a One For All user. Shinso can force someone to stop moving, thus ending any fight instantly. One For All may be strong, but the user still needs to be able to move in order to fight.
7Gas Can Put The User To Sleep
Mustard is listed as a C-rank Villain, but his intelligence makes him a fairly capable individual. Thanks to the Gas Quirk, Mustard can continually generate toxic gas from his body. This gas can cover a wide area, and Mustard can detect any movement within it.
What makes this gas so troublesome is the fact that it causes anyone who inhales it to fall asleep. Even Mustard is susceptible to the gas, which is why he wears a mask. One For All is incredibly powerful, but the user needs to be awake in order to use it.

6All For One Can Literally Steal It
All For One has killed several One For All users while attempting to take their power for himself. He can do this thanks to his own Quirk, with which he shares his name. It allows him to steal other Quirks, and he can use them as if they were his own.
He can store multiple Quirks in his body at once, and he can use them at will. With the right combination of Quirks, All For One can easily overpower One For All. Then again, the best way to stop One For All would be to steal it.

5Warp Gate Can Teleport The User To Deadly Environments
Kurogiri is by no means a fighter, but his Quirk is very useful, and if used correctly, it can be quite deadly. Warp Gate allows him to produce a dark fog from his hands and head, and this fog works like a portal that can be used to transport objects and people to other locations.

The one downside is that Kurogiri needs to know where the exit point is. This fog can be used to teleport an attacking One For All user far away from the conflict, ensuring victory. Theoretically, it can also be used to send a user to the deepest part of the ocean or the middle of space.
4Blueflame Can Burn The User To Ash
Dabi was not always evil, but his father set him down that path when he basically cast him aside for his younger brother. His Blueflame Quirk is pretty self-explanatory, as it allows him to produce and manipulate blue flames.
These flames burn much hotter than ordinary fire, and they are far more intense. When used on an ordinary person, these flames can incinerate their target and turn them into ash. One For All may offer its user superhuman durability, but even that durability cannot withstand deadly heat for long.

3Decay Is Deadly To All Living Things
Tomura is the main antagonist ofMHA, and All For One chose him to be his successor. He can now use several Quirks because he was given the All For One Quirk, buthis Decay Quirkis still his greatest and deadliest weapon.
With this Quirk, Tomura can disintegrate anything that he touches with his fingers, and now that this power has re-awakened, anything that comes into contact with Decay will be disintegrated as well. In Season 6, Izuku was only able to fight Tomura because Decay was deactivated.

2Erasure Can Nullify It
Eraserhead is a feared and well-respected Pro Hero who uses a specialized cloth during combat. Under normal circumstances, this cloth would do nothing to a One For All user, and that is where the Erasure Quirk comes in.

Thanks to this ability, Eraserhead can temporarily erase another person’s Quirk, therebynullifying their powers. If this were used on someone with One For All, the user would lose all of their superhuman physical capabilities, and they would also lose access to the Quirks of the previous users.
1Rewind Can Wipe It From Existence
To many, Eri is an innocent little girl, which she is, but she possesses a surprisinglyoverpowered Quirkthat can be quite dangerous. It is called Rewind, and it gives her the ability to revert someone back to a previous state.
What makes this Quirk so dangerous is the fact that it can be used to revert someone back to a time when they never existed, thereby erasing them completely. If the user is gone, so is One For All. It can also be used to revert a One For All user back to a time when they did not possess the Quirk.
