After Deadpool came out in the first bit of DLC forMarvel’s Midnight Suns, there was naturally a pretty high bar for who the next hero would be. As zany as Deadpool’s antics are, it’s Venom who has the tougher journey to make from mind-controlled villain to aggressive hero.

Since Venom is one of the game’s major antagonists, players are already aware that getting him on the team isn’t as simple as purchasing him from the in-game shop. Getting Eddie Brock and his symbiote inMarvel’s Midnight Sunstakes work, but it’s work well worth doing.
How To Unlock Venom
Unlocking Venom can be more complicated than unlocking the other heroes because of the DLC step in between. As most comic book fans understand, Venom and Peter Parker are integrated, so players are going to have tounlock Spider-Manand then progress through the rest of Act 1 before getting a chance to play with Venom.

After that, the Venom storyline that starts with the ‘Shattering Expectations’ mission can be done at any point, including after beating the game. Players who have done everything there is to do, such asrecruiting The Hulk, will be able to play this mission right away.
Venom is an interesting character when building his deck. His lifesteal abilities can make him an apt tank. He can support other heroes as well. Most builds will probably use him for his strong damage capabilities. In anticipation for unlocking Vemon, it’s wise toget lots of essencestored up. Although Venom comes out of the gate strong, players who have been leveling up the team since launch day will find that he still could use some deck adjustments to compete with the rest of the squad. With some ability modifiers and card upgrades, Venom is capable of clearing the board in a single turn. Back at base, Eddie adds a journalistic approach to the issues the team faces.

Marvel’s Midnight Sunsis available now for PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S.
