Summary
Lords of the Fallen’s Update 1.1.326 will make all boss fights harder, while also improving the game in several ways. The bosses ofLords of the Fallenhave often been criticized for being too easy, and this is the developer’s response to the demands of the community.
Released back in October,Lords of the Fallenis already a big hit. While its critical reception was somewhat mixed,Lords of the Fallenmanaged to sell over 10 million units within the first 10 days of its release. Now, the developers are releasing frequent updates and fixing some of the most problematic aspects of the experience.

TheLords of the Fallenupdate 1.1.326 is a massive upgrade, and it overhauled all of the boss fights. According to the developers, it was clear that many bosses were not enough of a challenge for the average gamer, so they decided to correct their difficulty, rebalancing some of their stats and behaviors. The changes will be mostly felt on non-main bosses, which will have their damage outputs increased by 10%, and their hitpoints by 10% to 20%, depending on the player’s progression.
Apart from this major difficulty tweak, the update includes several other significant changes. For instance, the performance and stability of the game were greatly improved. Another important highlight concerns changes in PVP/PVE balancing. Now, spells and some other abilities will start to be independently balanced, making them useful in the game, but not too overpowered in PVP. There’s a new lock-on system, too, which will be the new default setting, and aims to improve the precision of locking on enemies during combat. Finally, the patch also includes a few fixes to game-breaking situations, such as stopping gamers from getting blocked at the Umbral ending.
When considering the current and previous patches,Lords of the Fallenis steadily improving. Last month, oneLords of the Fallenupdate changed how New Game+ works, by essentially giving players more options for the customization of the mode and improved control over the experience.
During the presentation of its roadmap last month,Lords of the Fallenpromised free content updatesuntil the end of 2023, which are being added weekly. At the time, these updates hinted at new cosmetics, questlines, spells, and additional secret boss weapon abilities. So, players can still expect more content to drop inLords of the Fallenbefore the end of the year amid game-fixing patches.
