The Last of Us: All We Lostwas uploaded to YouTube on February 19th and thousands of fans have already watched it. It was created by Project Spores, who had been working on the short film for over eight months, as they had uploaded many Behind the Scenes videos leading up toThe Last of Us: All We Lost’s release.

The short film begins with Abby and Ellie’s fight at the end ofThe Last of Us Part 2. They begin to think back on a lot of the events that led up to that moment, which were shown as flashbacks throughout the fan made film. Just like the video game,The Last of Us: All We Lostends withEllie ending the fightby letting Abby get away, knowing that she had to stop fighting in order to make sure that nobody else would die like Joel did, including herself, as a result of her desire for revenge.
Hundreds of fans have liked the short film and were happy to watch something as theywait for the upcoming HBOThe Last of Usseries. Fan made productions such as this also help keep fans excited about the series in general.
The Last of Us Part 2is a very long game, so it really shows how great the writing of this short film is as it was able to fit all the important moments in it, as well as convey the emotion that the game had, in under 30 minutes. Beyond that, the film also has great sets, costumes, and music.
While some people stated in the comments that they did not like the acting, others thought that the actors did a great job.
