The presence of a lich will be assumed to be intimidating. However,Wizis the antithesis of such tropes, as she appears to be meek and apologetic, even against enemies that she can easily defeat.
The subversion of this trope is once again thanks to her well-designed character, one that most viewers would not expect from a lich. Her attire is also uniquely tailored to appear quite unassuming, also unlike a lich.

The mysterious Duke of Hell, who is said to be stronger than the Devil King himself, will be thought of as a powerful demon with a ghoulish appearance that will terrify people at first glance. However,Vanir’sunique design appears unassuming enough that people who do not know his true nature regard him as a strange man with a mysterious mask.
Underneath his persona as the Duke of Hell, Vanir appears to be quite friendly and hard-working, subverting the trope of apowerful demonic general. Moreover, his role in being Wiz’s assistant in the shop showcases his uniquely-designed and chaotic personality.

The Petty, Useless Goddess
The appearance of a Goddess is expected to be dignified and grand, especially in an isekai series, where they will usually demonstrate their power as one of the mightier beings in the universe. However,Aquamanages to single-handedly ruin this trope, as she appears to be an incompetent goddess with all ofhumanity’s bad traitsshoved into her personality.
These traits make her unique in design, as she is vastly different from all other isekai goddesses, who appear to be dignified, or at the very least have a benevolent personality. Aqua is a mess, but that makes her stand out.

An Arch Wizard might be expected to have dozens of spells in their repertoire, all of which they can pul out during battles to destroy their enemies, butMeguminbelievesin having only one ability that works in all situations, which is Explosion. Although the ability is immensely powerful, it leaves her exposed to danger, as she will be unable to move for a duration after using it.
Her headstrong personality and firm belief in Explosion magic, despite her status as an Arch Wizard, makes her uniquely designed when compared to the wizards of other isekai series. Moreover, her attire is eye-catching enough to differentiate her from the rest of her tribe, the Crimson Demons.

A Proper, Competent Goddess
If Aqua is the embodiment of the bad traits that can be present in goddesses,Erisis the exact opposite thanks to her kindly disposition and generally competentability as a goddessto navigate conflicts. That said, she can be prone to pressure sometimes, especially from her senior goddess, Aqua.
Her attire is also designed to be quite grand, unlike Aqua’s shabby appearance. In addition, her design both in human and goddess form also differs enough from one another that humans will have trouble recognizing the goddess in her human form.
