Since theKingdom Hearts 4trailer was released, fans of the franchise have dissected every scene, sharing theories and observations online.Kingdom Hearts 4’s mystery girlhas been discussed, while funnier conversations have been had about Sora’s feet. Others have focused on finding the real-world location of Sora’s apartment or debating over who Goofy and Donald are looking for. As always, though, a lot of fans are talking about the worlds they want to see in the new game.

Unsurprisingly, many are pushing for a Star Wars crossover, as gamers have dreamed of Sora wielding a lightsaber Keyblade for years. While this would surely be great to see, and may become a reality since some fans think Endor is shown in the trailer, the Marvel universe is another property that could provide gamers with several neat Keyblades. Through Sora’s weapons, gamers could be able to use a number of superhero abilities when battling against the Heartless inKingdom Hearts 4.

The Best Possible Marvel Keyblades For Kingdom Hearts 4

The most obvious and overpowered option for a Marvel Keyblade would be theInfinity Gauntlet. Allowing Sora to wield a Gold Keyblade covered in the Infinity Stones could fill players with an absurd level of power, as there could be many exciting abilities to make use of. A twist of this Infinity Keyblade could allow Sora to turn back time, while the Reality stone could be used to power up Donald and Goofy. While giving one weapon several abilities would be a bit overpowered, it’d be fun to use even for a brief time.

More hero-specific Keyblades would be both balanced and interesting. One fun option would see Sora getting ahold of a Spider-Man Keyblade. This could give him the opportunity to swing around, moving significantly faster than he would on foot. Webbing to and fromQuadratum’s buildingswould provide a whole new perspective on the location, and players could web up Heartless while using the weapon in combat.

Another great Keyblade opportunity comes through a team-up withMarvel’s Thor. Allowing Sora to get a Keyblade based on Mjolnir or Stormbreaker would make for a standout item. Not only could this special Keyblade be thrown long distances, but allowing Sora to dish out lightning damage whenever it is equipped seems too cool to pass up on. If Square Enix really wanted to take things to the next level, Sora could be allowed to fly with this Keyblade just like the god of thunder.

Yet another option would present itself through anIron Manteam-up, as the Armored Avenger’s repulser blasts are perfect for a ranged Keyblade. Hearing the repulser noise before delivering a shot could be incredibly satisfying, and players could be allowed to charge up the Iron Man Keyblade for deadlier shots. A Captain America Keyblade seems like a good option, too, with Sora able to bounce the Keyblade between multiple Heartless before it returns to his hand.

This is just the tip of the iceberg forKingdom Hearts 4Keyblades based on Marvel heroes. If Square Enix embraces figures that have not yet entered the MCU, likeThe Fantastic Fourand the X-Men, even more options could be available. A stretchy Keyblade based on Mr. Fantastic or a Keyblade that allows Sora to teleport like Nightcrawler are easy to envision. While not everyone is on board with a Marvel world in Kingdom Hearts, it is impossible to deny that the franchise could provide a near-endless amount of unique Keyblades.
