However, on March 18th,QTCinderella apologized and acknowledged that it was inappropriate to publicizeJustaMinx’s personal struggles. In a subsequent Twitch stream, JustaMinx acknowledged her borderline alcoholism and assured her fans that she is taking steps toward a healthier lifestyle. She stated that she needs to recognize when to stop drinking at social events and described her parents' concerns after the recent incident in Los Angeles.
JustaMinx also mentioned that she is taking precautions and undergoing medical examinations after suffering from an alcohol-induced seizure. Finally, theTwitchstar encouraged people to stop making assumptions about her health and physical capabilities, stating that she will listen to the advice of her doctor rather than online opinions. Additionally, reports surfaced that QT suffered a loss of approximately $50,000 due to the controversy. In a gesture of accountability, JustaMinx has offered to reimburse QTCinderella for the cost of the canceled after-party.
