How to Start the Staff of Power Quest
The Staff of Power isactivated automatically on the 5th of Winter during your second year. On this specific day, you’ll receive a letter requestinga small favor for the Wizard. The mail will state: “TheWizardis creating a staff of phenomenal power. Who knows what it’s for? He needs an iridium bar to finish it.”
This mission hasno time constraints, allowing you to complete it at your convenience. Some players opt to postpone it until they requireadditional gold, as the quest’s reward is quite substantial.
The Staff of Power: Quest Objective
For the Staff of Power quest,give the Wizard an Iridium Bar. Craft one by smelting five Iridium Ores and one Coal in the Furnace. Or acquire bars frommining in Skull Caverns, interacting with the Statue of Perfection, defeating Purple Slimes, or receiving them as gifts from Clint duringthe Feast of the Winter Star.
Also, the Statue of Endless Fortune has a 25% chance of producing one Iridium Bar when it’s not any of the villagers’ birthday.
Once you have the Iridium Bar,hold it in your hand and interact with the Wizardin the same way you would whengiving a gift. This action will transfer the Bar to his inventory, concluding the Staff of Power Quest.
