Rockstar Games’Grand Theft Auto Onlinesubscription service GTA+ will now be offering a rotating collection of games that members can download and play for a limited time, starting with the Definitive Edition versions ofGrand Theft Auto 3,Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, andGrand Theft Auto: San Andreas. GTA+ launched last year as a monthly subscription service that offers members perks forGrand Theft Auto Online, like $500,000 of monthly in-game currency, vehicles, outfits, weapons, and properties. Now, it looks as though Rockstar Games will be expanding its offerings outside the online gaming experience.
Grand Theft Auto 3,Vice City, andSan Andreaseach debuted as PlayStation 2 games before they made their way to other platforms, such as PC and Xbox. All three games are considered to be among thebest PS2 games of all time. The open-world sandbox games were included in the remastered collection,Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy - The Definitive Edition, which offers updated visuals and controls. The collection MSRPs for $60, but now it appears as though there is another way to check out the classic titles.

GTA+ members now have access to a rotating assortment of classic games from the publisher. The first three to be offered areGrand Theft Auto: 3 - The Definitive Edition,Grand Theft Auto: Vice City - TheDefinitive Edition, andGrand Theft Auto: San Andreas - The Definitive Edition. In other words, the versions being offered through the subscription service are the remastered games found inGrand Theft Auto: The Trilogy - The Definitive Edition. At this time, GTA+ is only offered to gamers with either a PS5 or Xbox Series X/S.
Monthlyperks forGrand Theft Auto Onlineand the rotating collection of games are available to GTA+ Members for $6 per month. The subscription is set up for auto-renewal, but it is cancelable at any time. It should be noted that the service works similarly to Xbox Game Pass in which the titles are only available as long as they are on the service, meaning the trilogy is only playable as long as it’s on GTA+. Still, this is an economical way to jump back into the classic games for those who don’t want to shell out $60 at one time.

At least, now, there are even more options to gain access to some of these historic titles.
