Across the Realms is one of the many Favors players will stumble upon when freely exploring Lake of the Nine inGod of War Ragnarok. Kratos will find a cooking book with a list of ingredients and search for them in all nine Realms.
Although Across the Realms may seem likean easy Favor inGod of War Ragnarok, some ingredients will be a challenge as some quests must be completed beforehand. It’s also fun to note that players will occasionally find a Nornir Chest next to these unique ingredients.

Where To Find All Ingredients In God Of War Ragnarok
To find all ingredients’ locations inGod of War Ragnarok, players need to visit four different Realms. While exploring, finding a heart drawn on the stones in any of the Realms is a clear indication that an ingredient can be found nearby. These four ingredients are:
Nordic Gourd From Midgard
The Nordic Gourd is arguably the easiest ingredient to find inGod of War Ragnarok. Upon acquiring the recipe book, turn around and head northeast to the ledge. A big yellow heart will be drawn on the rocks across the platform. Jump down and investigate the glowing area to get the Nordic Gourd.
Prongfruit From Svartalfheim
To get the Prongfruit, the train that players used in the Quest for Tyr must be used to reach the desired area. Sadly, it will be no longer available untilthe tenth chapter Forging Destiny is complete inGod of War Ragnarok. The latter will unlock a nearby Mystic Gateway and unlock the train access. Here’s how to get the ingredient after completing the requirement:
Elven Cap From Alfheim
Elven Cap can be found in The Forbidden Sands, which is why it’s highly recommended that players complete the Song of the Sands for easier navigation. Upon completingthe Favor inGod of War Ragnarok, head west from The Hjarta Mystic Gateway. Eventually, Kratos will find a broken column with a red heart drawn on the stone next to it. Go under the column and interact with the glowing pile to obtain the Elven Cap.
Bantam Melon From Vanaheim
The Bantam Melon is a bit complicated as it requires a series of steps:
After reaching the Skinholes and opening the Skinholes Entrance Mystic Gateway, complete the following steps:
Upon acquiring all necessary items, head back to the camp in Midgard to combine all ingredients. This mission rewards a crucial item called Meal of Comfort, which boosts Kratos’s stats permanently (+5).
