Super’s Office
Upon taking control of Sissel, players should goright, possess theStep Ladder, andmoveit.Puzzle gamefans should then trigger thespeech bubblethat appears above the man in green to initiate a conversation between him and the officer.

When that conversation comes to a close, players shouldmovetheStep Ladderto return to the left side of the room. Fans should then possess thebase of the blue Desk Lampandswivelit. Players should then possess theDesk Lamp’s bulbandturn it onto illuminate Lynne’s journal and initiate a cutscene.
Once players again have control of Sissel, they should possess thePhoneon the desk to trace the man in green’s call. This tracing will allow fans of thisclassic DS gameto travel toKMR - 2675, and indeed going to that location is the next step.

KMR - 2675 (Uniformed Men’s Room)
Here, players should wait for the guard on the left to attach aMemoto the board on the wall and then possess that piece of paper. Fans should thenlet the Memo loose, trigger the right guard’sspeech bubblewhen it appears, and wait for him to throw the paper across the room. After that occurs, players should possess the nearbyPhoneto trace Lynne’s call toMHR - 4481.
MHR - 4481 (Basement)
Players will find Lynne dead after traveling to MHR - 4481, and they should pass through theLampand posses herbodyonce they have control of Sissel. This action will send fans ofmystery gamesback in time, allowing them witness the circumstances that led to Lynne’s death.
It is now time to prevent this death, and the first thing that players should do is trigger the Pigeon Man’sspeech bubbleand possess hisLampas he walks to the right side of the room. This will allow fans to enter thePhoneon the wall, and it will eventually ring. The Pigeon Man will then answer the Phone, and players should travel to theSuper’s Officewhen they are given the opportunity to do so.

Fans ofstory-heavy gamesshould now possess theKettleto the right andclose the Spout Lid. This action will cause the officer to pick up the Kettle, allowing players to move down into theBasementwhere Lynne meets her demise.
Basement
This section requires players to act quickly, and they should begin by possessing theBallthat sits atop the fan. Eventually, this Ball will fall onto the table below, and fans should quickly navigatedownwardto theDooron the ground when that occurs. Players should thenOpenthat door and navigate back to theBallon the table.
At this point, the Ball will be rolling to the left, and players should possess theTool Boxthat is above them before the Ball falls from the table. Once the Ball hits the ground, fans of thishighly-rated Capcom gameshouldOpenthe Tool Box. This action will set off a chain of events that ultimately repositions Cupid, prevents Lynne’s death, and triggers a cutscene.
When the cutscene concludes, players should come into contact withLynne,Talkto her, exhaust her three dialogue options, and selectBack. Fans will then get to enjoy yet another cutscene, which marks the end of thischapter inGhost Trick.
