Staff of Homa also enjoys a great effect that further improves its wielder’s performance by giving them 20% HP at R1 and an ATK bonus based on their total HP. This effect works perfectly on the likes of Hu Tao and Zhongli because of their HP scaling. Other characters like Cyno, Raiden Shogun, or Xiao can still highly benefit fromStaff of Homa’s passive inGenshin Impactsince they can take advantage of that extra ATK% bonus.

There’s a good reason why Aqua Simulacra is called the Staff of Homa ofBows inGenshin Impact. The weapon is extremely versatile when it comes to matching with the right Bow user. Just like Staff of Homa, any character that is willing to inflict some DMG can easily grab Aqua Simulacra and perform better. Characters like Yelan or Tighnari aren’t affected by the weapon’s low Base ATK since they depend on other stats to operate.
