A new leak fromGenshin Impacthas revealed a trio of new enemies set to join the “Tavern Challenges” lineup for Genius Invokation TCG. Since the addition of the HoYoverse RPG’s TCG mini-game, the digital card game has seen plenty of new additions between new cards and new ways to play the game. Version 3.6 saw the addition of three new characters to the TCG withArataki Itto, Kamisato Ayato, and Tighnarijoining the card game as Character Cards. Now, Version 3.7 is set to introduce new enemies for players to challenge at the Cat’s Tail.The introduction of Genius Invokation TCG toGenshin Impactnot only saw several playable characters available as Character Cards, but also a slew of iconic enemies. Popular bosses like the Maguu Kenki and Jadeplume Terrorshroom can be obtained by players using the “Tavern Challenge” feature at the Cat’s Tail Tavern. Smaller enemies like Hilichurls and Abyss Mages are also commonly featured throughout the many Adventure Challenges against NPCs found throughoutGenshin Impact. The update, expected to arrive in late May, will introduce the Fatui Cryo Cicin Mage, Abyss Lector: Fathomless Flames, and Electro Hypostasis to the digital card game. The Fatui mage will become the third Fatui enemy to become playable in the TCG, following the previously added Agent and Mirror Maiden.The Electro Hypostasisserves as the first ofGenshin Impact’s elemental cube bosses to become a Character Card.
New Genius Invokation TCG Enemies in Version 3.7
The addition of new Character Cards to Genius Invokation TCG comes as part of an expected massive update to the mini-game in Version 3.7. Previous leaks have suggested a staggering 65 cards will beadded to the TCG withGenshin Impact’s next update, featuring 13 new Character Cards including the enemies.Genshin Impact’s Archons are expected to become playable in the TCG during the update, along with special cards providing buffs based on a team’s nationalities. The update will also feature more than 30 new Equipment and Event cards.
