The first step toward claiming the Refractured Light loading screen is to visitEpic Games’s redemption website. After navigating to this site, players will be instructed to redeem their product, and they should enter the following code before pressing REDEEM:PQVER-SBM7G-NEFB6-98BWW. When that is done, fans should click on the blue SIGN IN button, enter the credentials associated with theirFortniteaccount, and unlock the Chapter 4 loading screen.

Players can now launchFortnite, and they should be greeted by a rewards screen that indicates that the Refractured Light loading screen has been issued. While it is possible to equip the loading screen directly from this rewards screen, that can also be done from withinFortnite’s Locker. As such, fans need not be too concerned if they clicked through the rewards screen quickly, as they can equip it at any time that is convenient.
That said, the Refractured Light code is set to expire on June 14, 2025, giving players just one week to activate it. This means that fans should not put off visiting the redemption website for too long, lest they miss out on this freeFortniteloading screen. Fortunately, players that do not use the code in time have opportunities to earn some other free rewards, with the Augment Tutorial and Oathbound quests both offering cosmetics, and details on those quests can be viewed in-game.
One final thing to mention is that players may find that they have received several other rewards alongside the Refractured Light loading screen. More specifically, the Chapter 4 Island Theme and some free V-Bucks may appear within the rewards screen. Of these additional rewards, it is the free V-Bucks that are likely to be of the most interest.
