The final trailer forFire Emblem: Three Hopesdropped May 22, 2025 along with a free demo for the Nintendo Switch. However, the release date for this fullFire Emblemmusou game is July 19, 2025. Pre-orders are now open, but the limited edition pack isn’t available for everyone.
Currently,Fire Emblem: Three Hopeslooks to be expanding on the world of Fodlan and has players once again choosing to fight alongside Edelgard, Dimitri, or Claude. Instead of Byleth, players will be controlling a new character named Shez. Fans will have to wait for the June 24 release date to unravel the full storyThree Hopeshas to offer.

Fire Emblem: Three Hopes & Save Data
For those that have a save file ofFire Emblem: Three Houses, the original game, players will receive bonus items and gald on theirThree Hopesfile. While it may seem like a modest gift compared to theThree Hopeslimited edition and digital version, starting the game off with some extra pocket money will come in handy when playersneed to purchase weapons for their classmates.
Downloading and playing theFire Emblem: Three Hopesdemo will transfer any saved data from this demo into the full game once it’s released. The demo only goes up to Chapter 4. As a bonus, whatever players named Byleth in theirThree Housessave file will show up as Byleth’s “default name” inThree Hopes.

There are currently limited editions for Europe and Japan. Unfortunately, there hasn’t been a limited edition package for fans in North America. Included in the limited edition bundle are the following:

Players can choose to orderFire Emblem: Three Hopesdigitally or physically. The digital version includes an in-game owl that will deliver Owl Feathers daily to Shez. For those that aren’t familiar, Owl Feathers are gift items that could be given to characters such as the house leaders. Owl Feathers are afavorite gift for everyFire Emblemcharacter, and giving them will raise the support level (not supportrank)by two points.
Finally, amiibos will be making a return toFire Emblem: Three Hopes. Scanning aFire Emblemamiibo will generate a weapon or item for players to give to their units. It’s unknown if there are any plans to make amiibos of Edelgard, Dimitri, and Claude. Fortunately,amiibos of pastFire Emblemcharacterscan be scanned just as they could inFire Emblem: Three Houses.
