The first wave ofFire Emblem Engage’s DLC is here, and players will want to pick up the three new DLC bracelets to add to their teams. The newEmblems are Hector fromThe Blazing Blade, Soren fromPath of RadianceandRadiant Dawn, and Camilla fromFire Emblem Fates. To get all three of these, players will first have to defeat each of these Emblems on their own turf. To take down Camilla and get her powers, players will need several flying units and a great plan to deal with her weirdly-shaped map.
The Doting Sister Camilla DLC Divine Paralogue
Players will immediately be able to see how disjointed this map is. It is made of several docks with massive, flyers-only spaces in between. Thiswave 2Fire Emblem EngageDLC character, Camilla, is a flying unit, and she’s bringing along a whole slew of flying units with healing staffs to help her out.
To take her down, players will need flyers and a lot of patience. This is a 10-unit map, so players should choose at least two flyers. This leaves eight other spaces for bringing along whatever walking units players would like to have.

Along withreturningFire EmblemheroCamilla herself and all those flying healers, players will also need to combat at least one flying Wyrm; like the other Wyrms in this title, it will have an attack that ignores a unit’s defense and resistance.
It can also freeze units in place, so players will want to be careful when engaging this unit. This Wyrm and all the other enemy units on the field are going to be based on the player’s average level and whether they are promoted or not.

As for Camilla herself, she has low defense and will be very weak to bows. Her speed is incredibly high, so she will easily be able to double on many slower units. She is a fast-flying unit; to take her down with speed, players will want to bring along Lyn for her Speed Taker power, Sigurd for his high movement speed, and Warp staffs with a great staff unit like Hortensia. As for Camilla’s attacks:
The Battle Against Camilla in Fire Emblem Engage
Once the battle begins, players will watch asFire Emblem FatescharacterCamilla uses Dragon Vein to smash some of the platforms around the player. Each turn, she will smash a platform, turning it from an impassible space into a flyer-only space. This will give her flying units more space to move around the battlefield, but it will also give the player’s units the same freedom.
Players will also have to deal with additional units during the battle. After enemy turn three, more wolf knights spawn in the bottom right corner and more flying units in the upper right and left; keep an eye out foryellow exclamation marks over theseFire Emblemunits.

Units will continue to spawn as the battle continues. Players will want to end the fight as quickly as possible, so make sure to use anything that gives units extra movement, like rewarps, warp staffs, and flying units, to the best advantage.
When engagingFire Emblem Engage’s Camilla herself, she will move forward with both of her retainers; there is one griffin knight and one wolf knight that will follow her into battle. After the battle is over, players will get a unique bit of dialogue between Corrin and Camilla if they brought Corrin along.
