Getting pulled over by the police is never an enjoyable situation for anyone. The scenario becomes especially uncomfortable when the driver believes they’re completely innocent of any sort of wrongdoing, only to have their rearview mirror filled with red and blue flashing lights. This is the exact situation that happened with streamers Emiru and Mizkif, with Emiru now offering an explanation.
One of the game streaming industries' fastest rising stars with over 750,000 Twitch followers, Emiru is known for playing a wide variety of video game genres, often in full cosplay attire. The scope of her gaming skill was recently showcased in a viral video, which showsEmiru crushing aDance Dance Revolutionsongon a high difficulty.

In her latest Just Chatting video, Emiru goes into full detail regarding why she was pulled over by police. According to the streamer, there was no obvious precedent, and the officer simply began “flashing his lights behind me.” The officer immediately asks to see her license. Fearing the worst, Emiru says she thought “Oh my God! I’m not even speeding this time!” She then goes on to explain the actual reason she and Mizkif were pulled over in the first place: broken brake lights. She avoided an actual ticket, getting away with a warning to “Get that s*** fixed.”
The incident is one likely to be regaled quite a few times at the Austin Streamer House, where Emiru and Mizkif both live.Emiru officially joined Asmongold and Mizkif’s One True King, or OTK for short, at the beginning of the year shortly after moving in to the multi-streamer home. Previously being with Cloud9, Emiru was officially announced as an OTK member in January, becoming the content creation company’s first female member.
Although they escaped the police situation scot-free, the experience reportedly left Mizkif shocked. Thankfully the OTK co-founder was put in the stressful scenario after being cleared of his long-term health problems.Mizkif has been dealing with heart-related health issues, apparently for the past several years, until just recently. Mizkif had been dealing with myocarditis, an inflammation of the heart muscle which weakens the heart, causing it to work harder. Potentially fatal, Mizkif updated his followers that a recent ultrasound revealed his heart was back to normal.
While certainly not a good situation to be in, the traffic stop was for a fairly minor reason, and no real consequence occurred. The same can’t be said for another gamer however, who waspulled over by police for playingPokemon GOwhile driving.
