There are threenew Mythic itemsinElder Scrolls Online: Necrom: the Esoteric Environment Greaves, the Velothi Ur-Mage’s Amulet, and the Cryptcanon’s Vestments. Of the three, the Cryptcanon’s Vestments are arguably the most unique because they sacrifice a major ability for one player in exchange for party-oriented bonuses.

All Mythic items inESOrequire a lot of time investment on the player’s part because their five Leads are found by chance in a variety of content. The Cryptcanon’s Vestments are thankfully only found in the Telvanni Peninsula itself, and players won’t have to venture back to mainland Tamriel toget the set pieces.
What Does The Cryptcanon’s Vestments Mythic Do?
The Cryptcanon’s Vestments will, first of all, remove a player’s ability to use Ultimate abilities in the traditional way. Instead, when a player activates their Ultimate, their Ultimate resources are shared with other group members. While equipped, it alsogives the user Minor Heroism while in combat.
This item has yet to prove its true worth in group content, and it goes without saying that it’s not a good idea to use this in singleplayer PvE or PvP. However,this Mythic’s unique effect encourages party play at the sacrifice of one’s own power, and could see use in higher-tier Trials and other endgame group content.
Cryptcanon’s Vestments Mythic Leads Locations
To get a Mythic item inElder Scrolls Onlineplayers must locate, and solve, five Leads with their Antiquities skills. Part of theGreymoorexpansion, the Antiquities skill grants playersthe ability to Scryand Excavate Leads they find. Leads forNecrom’s Mythic items can be found in a variety of locations, but the dig sites they take players to can be outside of the expansion’s typical area.
However, the Cryptcanon’s Vestments can be assembled almost entirely in the Telvanni Peninsula. Leads have a small chance to drop from each of these sources, and once players find all five, locate the dig sites for all five, and recover each piece, the Mythic will automatically form in the inventory for use on all characters account-wide.
