How to Complete Dinner With a Friend in Disney Dreamlight Valley
The main objective of the Dinner With a Friend quest is to cook Bouillabaisse for Goofy after lending him a hand with fishing out the necessary ingredients for the meal.
Speak With Goofy
To begin this quest, players will need to talk to Goofy. During the conversation, he will mention that he wants to serve a seafood dish to Mickey when the latter comes over for dinner. Finding the ingredients may be a bit challenging, but cooking is pretty easy. Below are the ingredients Dreamers will need to make the meal:
Collecting the Ingredients
Go to the Dazzle beach and fish two shrimps out of theblue ripplesin the sea. Catching shrimps might be time-taking, so be patient like a good fisher. Remember that getting an extra shrimp from any other character with the Fishing role would not count. In order to complete the objective, players must fish both shrimps themselves.
Scallops and clams can also be found at Dazzle Beach. Thanks to their big size, players will be able to find them pretty easily. Clams have apurplecolor, while scallops are vibrantblue.
Gather all these items and head back to Goofy. As players talk to Goofy, he will tell them that he also needs tomatoes and vegetables for the recipe. Furthermore, he will also share the recipe for Bouillabaisse with players.
Get Tomatoes and Vegetables
Players can find tomatoes and vegetables atGoofy’s Stall in the Dazzle Beach biome, but that comes at the cost of a bunch of Star Coins. But before that, players must spend1000 Star Coinsto set up the stall and then 2000 more to get it upgraded. Only then can they purchase tomatoes for33 Star Coinsa piece. Players also have an option of buying tomato seeds instead, but that could only work if they have enough time to wait for their growth.
As far as vegetables are concerned, players can use any vegetable for the recipe.Some options include eggplants, carrots, corn, etc. Corn is available at the Goofy Stall in the same biome for24 Star Coins.
Cook Bouillabaisse
Lastly, players will need to cook Bouillabaisse for Goofy. For this purpose, go to a cooking station and put all the ingredients into the cooking pot. Next, repeat the process and make another Bouillabaisse, as Goofy needs two meals. When done with cooking, get back to Goofy and present him with dishes to complete the Dinner With a Friend quest.
