Calling the airship inChained Echoesis straightforward.From any outdoor area, press the K button on the keyboard. Xbox players can summon the airship with the View button, PlayStation players with the touchpad, and Switch players with the Minus button on the left Joy-Con.
Press the pause button to see the airship keybinds or change them in the settings. A green border around the airship icon means that players can ride it in that location. But the airship’s availability depends on the main quests—it may be unavailable during specific missions.

How to Get the Airship in Chained Echoes
Acquiring the airship is a part of theChained Echoescampaign. To get it,players must complete the “Three Months Later” chapter and register their official clan, Crimson Wings. After that, Queen Bran grants Glenn and his squad the license to fly armed around Valandis.
After obtaining the first aircraft, players receive a notification for new side quests in the area as they fly over it. But the main use of the airship is to discover hidden zones and travel to remote areas where players can upgrade their Rusty Weapons into Ultimate ones.
How to Buy New Airship Models
Upon recruiting Kayn Sivar,players are instructed to fly out to The Hooge, where they can buy new airship models from the Merchant. However, purchasing different models of flying ships is only cosmetics, and they do not come with unique features.
