Bandai recently announced a new merchandise for their latest hit series,Gundam: The Witch from Mercury. It will be an acrylic standee set featuring two of the most popular characters in the series, Suletta Mercury and Miorine Rembran.
This is actuallythe second line of original merchandisethat is produced for this groundbreaking series. The first one is a cute tie that is designed based on the uniform used in the series. Released alongside the tie is a hefty tool bag bearing the logo and color scheme of the Gund-Arm. Inc., a fictional company fromGundam: The Witch from Mercury.

Similar to the first line of merchandise, the Acrylic Standee will also have a period of pre-order for fans who wish to purchase it early. Alongside the new merchandise, Bandai also announced a new addition to theGundam: The Witch from MercuryGunpla line up. The new one will be the High Grade version of one of the latest Gundam shown in the series, Gundam Calibarn. You can find it in the same section as the aforementioned Acrylic Standee under the name of “HG 1/144 GUNDAM CALIBARN”.
Gundam Calibarnwill be the fourth major Gundam from the series that have received their own Gunpla, following Gundam Lfrith, Gundam Aerial, and Gundam Pharact. Bandai has also released the Gunpla versions of numerous mobile suits from the series, such as Guel’s Dilanza and Shaddiq’s Michaelis.
The next major Gundam from the series that will receive a worldwide release isGundam Schwarzette. The official website mentioned July 2023 as the official release date, so it is right around the corner. But if you want to get it sooner than everybody else, you can purchase it directly from Japan. Because the HG 1/144 Gundam Schwarzette has been released in Japan for quite some time now.
Gundam: The Witch from Mercuryproves to be one of the most successful major Gundam series ever made. The critics have nothing but praise for it, and the fans watched every episode with excitement. That success also translated to the sales of its merchandise, with the most notable one being the Gunpla sales.
